Our range of UV varnishes is specially formulated for its application by means of a varnishing unit, dampening/inker systems, flexography, silkscreen, lithography and typography.

The high quality of the raw materials used and the professionalism of our production process and subsequent quality control ensure a perfect finish of the end products.

In addition to our standard product portfolio, we also manufacture some products with different viscosities and curing speeds for especial machinery, working and/or environmental conditions.

Our UV varnishes are formulated so that none of them falls within the scope of products classified as dangerous goods, offering significant benefits both for their transport and manipulation/storage.

Our UV varnishes comply with the existing EU legislation, particularly with regards to the heavy metals directives; on the other hand, they also meet with the REACH protocol, also established by the EU, for the registration of raw materials.

Our line of polypropylene films for lamination is indicated for both the thermal/dry application system (machines equipped with heated calenders that melt the adhesive layer which is built into the film, thus attaching it to the substrate by means of the combined action of temperature and pressure) and the standard/wet application system (machines with non-heated calenders adhering the film to the substrate by means of an adhesive deposited on the machine and the action of both pressure and subsequent adhesive reticulation, either on the air or through a drying oven).

The nature of the raw materials used in the production process and subsequent quality controls ensure further stability of the parameters of the final product and its perfect finish.

Our laminating films comply with the applicable EU legislation, particularly with regards to the heavy metals directives. They are also certified for use within the food industry (direct contact with foodstuff) and are 100% recyclable.
